I discovered Scott kinda late in the record collecting game. But I have to admit he put out some pretty awesome records. I am trying to locate more of his stuff on vinyl.

ReplyDeleteYes indeed, a hugely underrated singer - and a decent songwriter as well. For his best ever, I'd vote for the classic hard-soul track "Are You Lonely For Me Baby", also on Shout - with his first hit, Goffin & King's "Hey Girl" on Colpix, close behind.
