Simtec & Wylie were a fantastic Chicago soul duo, and perhaps if this record wasn't so raw, it may have been a big national hit (as it's pretty damn catchy). With Syl Johnson behind the mixing boards, it's no surprise that a side this ultra soulful and funky got put to wax (thanks Syl).
