In a city overflowing with talent (Philadelphia), it's no surprise that a few groups slipped through the cracks. It is, however, surprising that with releasing over a dozen quality singles, the Volcanos never had a breakthrough hit.
This was the closest that they came, and for good reason. It's one of those records where everything clicks!
