LITTLE JOE MIXON - WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET

This super rhythmic, super funky Chicago record seems to be a one-off for Mr. Mixon; I can't find any evidence about any other records bearing his name or even any info about him!

Whoever he is/ was, he whipped out a killer performance here, with an excellent conga and organ driven track, highlighted by some cool female backing vocals on the chorus.
