To my ears, this is the greatest of all British psychedelic singles. The backwards effects and driving beat (provided by John "Twink" Adler, later of Pink Fairies) pushes this song into a superb dance freakout number! Plus, there is a great song underneath all of the chaos.
This song was inspired by the Dutch anarchist group Provos who placed white bicycles around Amsterdam; intended to be used freely by anyone.
