DETROIT EMERALDS - HOLDING ON b/w THINGS ARE LOOKING UP


Pure CLASS!

Both sides of this record are inspired and gorgeous. While not from Detroit originally (the group was formed in Little Rock, Arkansas and moved to Detroit) the group were a welcome addition to the motor city talent pool. This record was their debut for the newly formed Westbound label and (I believe) their second release after a one-off for Ric-Tic.
