GLORIA GAYNOR - SHE'LL BE SORRY

Many years before she hit big with disco perennial "I Will Survive", Gloria Gaynor debuted with this excewllent single, co-written by the amazing Lou Courtney and produced by the legendary Johnny Nash. This record beautifully merges a strong song, excellent performance on top of a slow stomping soul groove that has just a hint of the island sound that was a favorite of Johnny Nash.

It would take ten years for Gaynor to find commercial success, although this SHOULD have been a massive hit.
