What a lovely record.
I find myself really enjoying 70's soul these days more than ever, and I've been sitting on this record for quite a while and didn't feel it was daily 45 appropriate but HEY there's no rules around here, right? I'll definitely be featuring more 70's sounds around here in the future.
This record finds the queen of Philly soul backed up by the lush harmonies of fellow Philadelphians The Futures; the a-side is a gorgeous dream number, the b-side an uptempo mover.
